Return Policy

Returns: For assistance with returns, please reach out to our customer service team at sales@supplementhouse.ca. We evaluate returns on an individual basis and will provide the appropriate resolution once contacted.

Note: Please be aware that ALL sales of Clearance items are FINAL. We do not accept returns for these products.

Returns must be initiated within 15 days of the purchase date, and items must remain unopened. Additionally, a 15% restocking fee applies to all returns.

In the event of any damage or discrepancies, it is imperative to keep the received shipment and its packaging for 15 days for inspection purposes. Failure to preserve the shipment and its packaging for inspection could lead to the denial of your return.

We maintain the authority to refuse, amend, cancel, or end any order for any reason at our discretion. We will offer you the opportunity to reorder the item with a coupon/gift code/card for any inconvenience
